Pole: Beginner/Intermediate

This class is perfect for those who are new to pole dancing or have some experience. Our goal is to introduce you to the fundamentals of pole dancing while building your strength, confidence, and technique. From spins, climbs, and holds we will incorporate strength-building exercises to help you develop the necessary upper body and core strength for pole dancing. Our classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and empowering. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated to achieve their goals.

From Eryvis: I incorporate traditional pole, yogic principles, mindful ecstatic movement, conditioning and rehabilitation to exercise emotions through the body; regulating digestion, addressing aches, calming the mind, and more! Heighten body awareness, improve conditioning, master technical pole, and understand your anatomy. Together we will spin and fly!

Pole + Tricks with Allison

Join Allison in this 1.5 hour class that will begin with her signature warm-up which will get you fully ready to work the pole. Come ready to learn new tricks and drops as well as training tips to get you closer to your Ayesha and Handsprings. Class will conclude with a freestyle dance and cool down stretches.
