I, in consideration of Steel Heart Dance acceptance into a class/party/workshop and other good and valuable considerations paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby covenant and agree as follows: Agreement to Participate: I understand dance and related activities involve risk of injury. I agree that I will not hold Steel Heart Dance (its owner, staff, and related parties) responsible for injuries/damages incurred while participating in classes, parties, workshops, or any other events, or while visiting facilities. Authorization of Medical Care: In case of injury or illness while participating, I authorize medical care for myself and accept responsibility for medical expenses. Policies Agreement: I have read, understand, and will abide by the policies set forth by Steel Heart Dance, including no refunds on classes paid, adherence to studio rules, confirmation that I am 18+ years of age, and support for the dance and movement community inherent in Steel Heart Dance. I acknowledge and agree that the terms outlines herein are contractual, and agree that the Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California, and the venue shall be in San Mateo County, California.
